1. Retail Ambassadors (Part Time/Full Time) 

We are looking for a Retail Ambassador (Part Time/Full Time) to join our small but growing team. You will be supporting the team in expanding the brand offline. Our ideal candidate identifies with our brand mission and has a highly entrepreneurial spirit. If you love fitness and you’re not afraid to hustle, we want you.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Be the spokesperson for our brand by engaging with new customers. Make them fall in love with our brand like you do
  • Assist customers with product education and offer advice on colour, fit and silhouette to best suit their needs
  • Go the extra mile to ensure the customer has a great guest experience
  • Responsible for the day-to-day retail operations & work with the cheak team to drive store sales performance
  • Receive and process new stock, replenishments, returns, damages and transfers, as well as support all stocktake exercises
  • Provide a seamless shopping experience and ensure that all merchandise are available in all colours, sizes, and quantities on the floor
  • Maintain visual merchandising aesthetic
  • Consolidate and share customer feedback to the cheak team on a regular basis

Requirements: 

  • Passion and knowledge in fitness, sports and wellness activities
  • Good written and oral command of English.
  • Service-oriented with strong interpersonal skills
  • Min 15 hours per week
  • Open to working closing shifts that can end at 9.30pm
  • All staff must be open to work on weekends and on public holidays
  • Must be available to work at least 1 weekend every week (either Saturday or Sunday)
  • Ideally 1 month commitment

2. E-Commerce Intern

We are looking for an E-Commerce Intern to join our small but growing team. You will be supporting the product and marketing team in all upcoming launch strategies. Our ideal candidate has a highly entrepreneurial spirit, excellent problem-solving skills and a strong growth mindset. If you’re not afraid to hustle and build things from scratch, we want you.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Assess launch success by preparing sales performance reports and analysing results
  • Support the commercial team from assortment strategy to launch processes including raising order sheets after every buying session
  • Keep all tracking systems regularly updated to provide visibility to internal teams
  • Perform day-to-day operational and admin and system support, such as vendor liaison and data reconciliation
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align on and execute plans efficiently

 

Requirements: 

  • Extremely comfortable and sharp with numbers
  • Strong project management, multitasking and execution abilities
  • Experience in data analytics will be advantageous
  • An ability to problem solve through innovative thinking
  • Be an independent thinker and a strong team player
  • Strong communication skills 

 

Qualifications & Experience

  • Commitment between 3-6 months
  • Undergraduates and graduate students are both welcome to apply
  • Some knowledge/experience in data analysis
  • Proficiency in Excel
