1. E-Commerce Intern (SG, Full-Time)

We are looking for a E-Commerce Intern who is curious and proactive to join our small but growing team. You will work closely with the team to support day-to-day activities across design, marketing, operations, and commercial functions. This role is ideal for someone who is organised, hands-on, and eager to learn how a brand operates behind the scenes.

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Assist with product and design administration, including recording fit comments and preparing buy sheets, line sheets, and product information.

  • Support creative shoots and content creation for social media, including product photography, ghost images, and behind-the-scenes content.

  • Help organise and prepare samples, materials, and documents for internal meetings, launches, and sales activities.

  • Support day-to-day operations, including paperwork, packing lists, shipping documentation, and general administrative tasks.

  • Assist with packing and fulfilling customer and wholesale orders accurately and efficiently.

  • Support commercial and operational projects as needed, taking on ad hoc tasks across the business.

Required

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Proficiency in Excel 

  • Highly organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks

  • Willingness to learn, take initiative, and receive feedback

  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, hands-on environment

  • Availability for 3-6 months

Nice to Have

  • Basic knowledge/experience in data analysis

  • Basic design skills (Canva, Adobe, Figma or similar)

  • Interest in fashion, design, marketing, business or operations

  • Photography, videography, or video editing skills

2. Inventory & Visual Merchandising Associate (SG, Part Time) 

We're looking for an Inventory & Visual Merchandising Associate who's passionate about retail operations to join the cheak team.

As our Inventory & Visual Merchandising Associate, you'll play an important role in keeping our stores running smoothly behind the scenes. From completing full inventory counts and inbounding new collections to ensuring stock accuracy and organisation, you'll help create the foundation for an exceptional retail experience.

You'll be responsible for:

  • Completing scheduled full inventory counts

  • Inbounding new collections and stock deliveries

  • Maintaining accurate inventory records

  • Replenishing stock to the sales floor

  • Supporting stock transfers and store operations

  • Keeping the back-of-house organised and efficient

  • Supporting weekly visual merchandising and launch preparation

Fixed weekly shifts:

  • Monday: 6:00am–11:00am

  • Wednesday: 6:00am–10:00am or 7:00am–11:00am

  • Thursday: 7:00am–11:00am

For shifts commencing at 6:00am, Grab transport will be covered/claimable.

We're looking for someone who is:

  • Reliable and takes ownership of their work

  • Comfortable with repetitive tasks and lifting stock

3. Team Captain (SG, Full-Time)

The Team Captain is a key part of the store leadership team, responsible for elevating both team performance and guest experience on the retail floor. You will lead by example, coach and support retail associates, oversee day-to-day operations, and help bring the cheak brand to life through exceptional service and community engagement.

You are someone who naturally takes initiative, enjoys developing people, and can balance leadership, operations, and customer connection seamlessly. As an early member of our retail leadership team, you’ll also play an important role in shaping the culture and growth of cheak retail in Singapore.

 

Key Responsibilities: 

Leadership & Team Development

  • Lead and support the retail team through coaching, mentorship, and real-time feedback on the floor

  • Foster a positive, collaborative, and high-performing team environment

  • Support onboarding and training of new team members on brand standards, customer experience, and retail operations

  • Lead by example through professionalism, accountability, and strong customer service standards

  • Assist with shift planning, floor coverage, and delegation of daily priorities

  • Help motivate the team to achieve sales and operational goals

Guest Experience & Brand Representation

  • Deliver exceptional and personalized customer experiences that reflect the cheak brand

  • Build authentic relationships with customers and create a welcoming in-store environment

  • Educate guests on product features, fabric technology, fit, colour, and styling recommendations

  • Resolve customer concerns professionally and ensure every guest leaves with a positive experience

  • Maintain strong floor presence and support the team during peak periods

  • Represent the cheak brand authentically through energy, communication, and community engagement

Retail Operations

  • Support daily store operations including opening and closing procedures, cashiering, stock management, and store upkeep

  • Oversee replenishments, transfers, returns, damages processing, and stock takes

  • Ensure products are replenished, organized, and visually merchandised according to brand standards

  • Support operational efficiency and execution of daily retail priorities

  • Maintain a clean, organized, and premium retail environment

  • Use in-store systems and retail technology to support operations and guest experience

Community & Brand Activations

  • Support community-building initiatives including fitness events, pop-ups, workshops, and brand activations

  • Assist with KOL outreach and partnership coordination

  • Help strengthen cheak’s offline presence and community engagement in Singapore

  • Gather customer insights and feedback to share with the broader cheak team

  • Full-time position based in Singapore

  • Willingness to work flexible retail shifts, including weekends and public holidays

  • Ability to stand and move around the store for extended periods

3. Fashion Design & Development Intern

We are looking for a detail-oriented, curious and proactive Fashion Design & Development Intern to join our Design Team. This internship offers hands-on experience from initial design stage to production, giving you the opportunity to contribute creatively while gaining real-world insight into the fashion industry. You will support the team in design research, daily operations, administrative tasks, and logistical coordination.

Key responsibilities:

  • Assist with design research, ideation, and trend exploration

  • Prepare line sheets and presentations for buy meeting

  •  Support data entry and peripherals design tasks

  • Coordinate sample timeline and manage parcel deliveries to suppliers

  • Assist in fit sessions by steaming samples, booking fit model and checking measurement specs

  •  Organise and maintain samples and trims neatly

Requirements:

  • Minimum commitment of 6 months

  • Based in Singapore

  • Currently enrolled in, or a recent graduate of a fashion design or related program

  • Proficient in Adobe Illustrator, and basic computer skills, including Google Sheet

  • Proficiency in Mandarin (required for Chinese language data entry and supplier communication)

  • Strong organizational skills and excellent attention to detail

  • Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

  • Proactive, independent and a reliable team player
