1. Operations Associate (Full Time)


We’re looking for a hands-on and detail-oriented Operations Associate to join our team. You’ll play a vital role in keeping our operations running smoothly across logistics, production, retail and commercial operations. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, enjoys solving problems, and isn’t afraid to roll up their sleeves to make things run better.


Responsibilities:

  • Logistics and Fulfilment

    • Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments across warehouse, retail, and ecommerce channels

    • Manage the end-to-end order fulfilment process across all platforms, including order processing, picking, packing and shipping

    • Monitor inventory levels and support replenishment planning

    • Execute logistics strategies to ensure product launches and deliveries are on time

  • Retail and Ecommerce 

    • Set up and manage product listings on ecommerce platforms, ensuring accuracy in product details, pricing, and availability

    • Monitor inventory and sales performance across online and offline channels

    • Respond to customer queries related to orders, delivery, and product availability

    • Manage day-to-day retail operations, including staff scheduling, coordination, product training and issue resolution

  • Production and Commercial 

    • Support production planning and help track key timelines to ensure timely product launches

    • Assist with the buying process by managing purchase orders and supplier coordination

  • Analytics & Cross-functional 

    • Generate operational and sales reports to track key metrics

    • Collaborate with teams across production, retail, marketing, and logistics to align timelines and execute plans smoothly


Requirements: 

  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail

  • Proactive and solutions-oriented

  • Comfortable with ambiguity and fast-changing environments

  • Excellent communicator and team player


Qualifications & Experience

  • 1–2 years of relevant experience in operations, logistics, inventory management, or ecommerce

  • Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets; experience with Shopify or inventory management systems is a plus

  • Some exposure to data analysis, supply chain processes, or retail operations is preferred

  • Open to recent graduates with strong internship or project experience in related fields

2. Retail Team Lead (Full Time)


We are looking for a Retail Team Lead (Full Time) to join our small but growing team. You will be supporting the team in expanding the brand offline. Our ideal candidate identifies with our brand mission and has a highly entrepreneurial spirit. If you love fitness and you’re not afraid to hustle, we want you.


Responsibilities:

  • Be the spokesperson for our brand by engaging with new customers. Make them fall in love with our brand like you do
  • Responsible for the day-to-day retail operations including stocktake, cashiering duties and retail team management
  • Collaborate with the store manager to drive sales performance and ensure exceptional customer service
  • Assist customers with product education and offer advice on colour, fit and silhouette to best suit their needs
  • Go the extra mile to ensure the customer has a great guest experience
  • Receive and process new stock, replenishments, returns, damages and transfers, as well as support all stocktake exercises
  • Train new employees and coordinate shift schedules
  • Provide a seamless shopping experience and ensure that all merchandise are available in all colours, sizes, and quantities on the floor and maintain visual merchandising aesthetic
  • Consolidate and share customer feedback to the cheak team on a regular basis


Requirements: 

  • Passion and knowledge in fitness, sports and wellness activities
  • Service-oriented with strong interpersonal skills
  • Completion of tertiary education and a good working knowledge of MS Office will be a plus
  • Minimum 48 hours per week, 4-5 days rostered work week
  • Ability to work various shifts (including weekends and public holidays)
