Returns/Exchanges

[For Online Returns]

Refunds are accepted provided the items have met our terms and conditions:

  • Refund request must be made within 30 days from the date of purchase.
  • Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, unaltered and undamaged items with tags still intact
  • Products procured through any giveaways or contest are non exchangeable or refundable.
  • Accessories are non exchangeable or refundable
  • If the return item does not pass our terms and conditions, the item will be sent back to you at a re-delivery fee of SGD$5/RM15/300 PHP, to be borne by the customer

    Store Credits

    • All products sold at marked down prices or with discount codes (with the exception of first timer code) can only be refunded in the form of store credits
    • Store credits are processed in the form of a gift card. An email with the gift card will be sent to you once your refund has been processed. 

     

    Exchanges

    • We do not accept exchanges through our online portal. Kindly head down to cheak @ ION (SG) or APW (MY) to make an exchange in-store. We do not have an exchange option for PH at the moment.

        For MY & PH: Drop off at Love, Bonito TRX (MY) or Greenbelt (PH) only are allowed. Returns to any other Love, Bonito stores in MY & PH will be refused.

        3. Once we have received your item and checked it against our terms and conditions, your refund (minus any shipping fee) will be issued via store credits or back to your original payment method.

         

        Love Bonito Drop Offs 

        Drop off's at selected Love, Bonito stores must be in the original cheak polymailer. Ensure your order number is clearly indicated on the front of the package. The use of any other packaging may result in further delays of your refund. Kindly drop off your parcel at the online return box (SG) or hand to the cashier counter (MY & PH).

        For MY & PH: Please note drop off at Love, Bonito TRX (MY) or Greenbelt (PH) only are allowed. Returns to any other Love, Bonito stores in MY & PH will be refused. 

        Orders placed on cheak.com cannot be exchanged in-store at any Love, Bonito location. 

        Atome & Shopback
        Payment via Atome & Shopback is only valid in Singapore. Please note refunds on orders placed using Atome or Shopback will first be refunded from cheak to Atome/Shopback, and then to you.

        Giftcards
        If you purchased an order using a giftcard, your return will be refunded in the form of store credits via a gift card.

        You may ship the items to the address below using any prepaid and trackable return method. Returns must be shipped within 21 days of the delivery of your order. Please include your order number as a reference. All postal fees, custom fees and taxes are to be borne by the customer.
