Returns or exchanges are accepted provided the items have met our terms and conditions:


  • Return/exchanges request must be made within 30 days from the date of purchase
  • Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, unaltered and undamaged items with tags still intact
  • If the return item does not pass our terms and conditions, the item will be sent back to you at a re-delivery fee of $3.50, to be borne by the customer
  • All sale items are strictly non refundable & not eligible for exchange
  • Returns are provided in the form of store credits

Return the original item to us via your selected return method: Courier or your own preferred mailing method

Once we have received your original item and checked it against our terms and conditions, your new item will be sent to you.

  • If the replacement item is of higher value, you will be required to top-up the price difference. If the new item is of lower value, you will be refunded the price difference via store credits
  • For items purchased with a discount code, the discount code will not be applicable on the new item.
If it is not your first order, there is a postal fee of $3.50 to be borne by the customer.

We are unable to accept exchanges for orders outside of Singapore & Malaysia at the moment. If you’d like to exchange your item, please send it back as a return and place a new order.

You may ship the items to the address below using any prepaid and trackable return method. Returns must be shipped within 21 days of the delivery of your order. Please include your order number as a reference. All postal fees, custom fees and taxes are to be borne by the customer.

    We are not held liable for any returns during the shipping process.

      Once we have received your parcel, please allow 1-3 business days for our team to process your refund/exchange. For exchanges, an additional 3-5 business days is needed for your replacement item to reach you.
