Eligibility

• Open to customers aged 18 years or older.
• Participants must reside in Singapore, Malaysia or Philippines.
• Employees of cheak and their immediate family members are not eligible.

Entry

• To enter, customers must complete a purchase on cheak online website (www.cheak.com), cheak @ Takashimaya or cheak @ Chucksmas during the promotional period: Wednesday 27 November 12:00am to Tuesday 24 December 23:59pm .
• Each qualifying order counts as one entry.
• For each order to qualify, customers will need to include their contact details (email & phone number). Orders without contact information will not be counted. 

Prize

• The prize consists of two (2) round-trip tickets to Bali, Indonesia, from eligible countries (Singapore, Malaysia or Philippines).
• Tickets are non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash or other items.

Winner Selection

• The winner will be randomly selected via a verifiable method on 25 December 2024.
• The winner will be contacted via email or phone within 7 days of the draw.
• If the winner does not respond within 3 days, a new winner will be selected.

Additional Costs

• The prize does not include accommodation, meals, travel insurance, or other incidental expenses.

Conditions for Redemption

• The winner must provide necessary information e.g. feasible travel dates and passenger details within 14 days.
• cheak reserves the right to book the final dates for the trip
• Travel must be completed by 31 December 2025. 

Marketing

• By entering, participants agree to the use of their name and likeness for promotional purposes without further compensation.

Disqualification

• Entries deemed fraudulent or in violation of these terms will be disqualified.

Liability

• cheak is not responsible for flight cancellations, delays, or other issues caused by the airline or external circumstances.
